Upon waking, your palate is treated to refined flavours and authentic homemade cakes, reimagined versions of traditional recipes, fresh berries and seasonal fruit, with special care taken to cater to a wide range of dietary requirements.

The day begins with the warmth of home, accompanied by friendly conversation, the aromatic scent of freshly brewed espresso, organic juices and freshly squeezed fruit juices, before setting out to discover the myriad of activities awaiting the curious traveller.

Breakfast is included in your stay and is served every morning from 8:00 am to 10:30 am.

Gourmet Tea Time

After a packed day outdoors the Hotel Sonne welcomes you with an exquisite afternoon tea. Sweet treats, finger food and a selection of local cured meats await our guests to restore and revive, with enticing aromas and unique flavours. A carefully chosen selection of wines, organic juices and cocktails accompany this afternoon treat.

Gourmet Tea Time is included in your stay. We look forward to welcoming you from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm during the summer season, and from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm during the winter months.

Our swiss pine stube

Swiss pine (Pinus cembra) is the very essence of the high Alpine regions – the same essence that envelops the slopes visible from our windows.

It is more than the scent of tradition. Swiss stone pine creates a profound sense of tranquillity thanks to its aromatic essential oils, helping to slow the heartbeat, ease stress and promote restorative sleep.

Our Stube, entirely panelled in this precious wood, is a small temple to nature, where aesthetics meet a tangible sense of everyday wellbeing. It is the heart of Sonne Hotel– the perfect place to start the day at a leisurely pace or rediscover a sense of harmony after returning from the mountain peaks.
