CHECK-IN

During the confirmation phase, we will send you a link for the online check-in form. Alternatively, you may simply send us a copy of your documents via email. This is to speed up the registration process and leave you more time for a welcome pampering experience at the time of your arrival. 

Upon your arrival, we will also take your body temperature using an infrared thermometer.

BREAKFAST

You will find the usual quality and our rich buffet. 

TEA TIME GOURMET®

Tea time is a tradition that will also be celebrated this season. From 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

SPA

Access to the SPA is allowed only by reservation. The Turkish bath is now accessible again. The whole SPA will be sanitized after each use. We also invite you to use the sanitizing gel before touching the surfaces. In the SPA, sanitized towels are at your disposal. We invite you to place these towels wherever you rest, both on the seat and where you put your feet.

MASSAGE

Guests can enjoy massages on reservation.
Prior to receiving a massage, guests are kindly asked to take a shower and not come directly from the SPA to avoid copious sweating.

CLEANING

Our attention to order and cleanliness of our rooms is impeccable according to you, our guests. Since last season, we have been sanitizing with ozone machines to ensure greater health in the rooms. From today, we will take further measures:

Rooms:
Sanitization with ozone, separate cleaning cloths for each room, use of specific detergents and always eco-friendly.

Common Areas:
Ozone sanitization with increased frequency of all our cleaning processes, primarily for those areas of frequent contact such as elevator buttons, handrails and door handles. Sanitizing station at the entrance of the hotel and sanitizing gel dispenser in the common bathrooms and the SPA.

CHECK-OUT

The check-out procedure will take place as usual.

Our guests often ask us which the best restaurants are for a typical dinner or lunch in the refuges or huts.
We have a selection of excellent places in our area that we will share with you based on your preferences and desires.
Almost all of our guests say that Tea Time Gourmet is an excellent afternoon pampering experience when returning from excursions, sports or walks that even serves as “Apericena”, thus replacing the need to leave the hotel to have dinner.
